Enjoy

Hello,

It's Sunday again and for today's Paper Players challenge, Joanne has a nice color challenge for us to use.

Around blog-land lately, we've been seeing cards where the front panel is stamped with several images and colored. Sometimes the background is colored, sometimes the images are colored. Kind of like making your own patterned paper. I thought I'd give the technique a try using these fun colors from Joanne.

I used a stamp set from Paper Smooches and stamped the outlined butterflies with Memento tuxedo black and colored them with Copics matching the challenge colors. For the small solid blue  butterflies, I used my Misti so I could stamp them twice for a darker shade. I added the little green dots and pink swirls which are also in the same stamp set.

The layout is from the Freshly Made Sketches #230 challenge from last week. The banner die is Die-namics and the sentiment die is Stampin' Up.

I know you'll have fun playing with this color palette. I can't wait to see what you come up with. Stop by the rest of the DT's blogs for some great inspiration.
