Joy To the World

Hi and Happy Thursday,

I bought a package of tree stickers last year at Paper Source after Christmas and put them in my embellishments drawer and I've ignored them all year. I was rummaging through a few nights ago for something else and found them, and decided to use them. Coincidently, I had just been looking at challenge blogs and saw that "Tiny" is the current theme at CASology this week. Tiny works for the small tree stickers.

Here's what I did with the tiny trees to make my card. In addition to CASology, I'm linking up to LeAnne's Holiday Pines theme for The Paper Players.

The card base and panel are both SU Heavy Whisper White card stock. I stamped the jar using SU Pool Party and the lid with SU Melon Mambo, then shaded the inside of the jar with Copic markers. I cut out a circle using a Die-namics Stitched Inside and Out circle die and raised it with foam tape. I placed three of the tiny tree stickers "inside" the jar. The sentiment is stamped with SU Melon Mambo then I added just a few pink rhinestones. Very quick and easy.

I forgot to take a picture of the inside! I used another stamp from the same SU set as the front sentiment that says "Wishing you a beautiful season and a new year of peace and happiness."

Thanks for looking in today,
Colleen
