Hey!, Hello

Happy Hump Day all,

I'm back in my craft room again after a long absence, and happy to be back. Nothing wrong, just work and a few vacations. We spent a week in NYC for a friends graduation from medical school. We got to see her receive her M.D. degree. So, so proud of her. She graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors!

I saw the Paper Players challenge on Sunday and decided I'd like to play along. Jaydee has a color challenge this week of red, white and blue. Of course, this is perfect to make some 4th of July cards, but I didn't do that, LOL. The sketch is this week's Mojo Monday layout.

The inside:

Stamps: Hi There and Peachy Keen sets by Stampin' Up
Paper: SU Night of Navy, Real Red, and Whisper White card stock and Pebbles "Americana" patterned papers
Ink: SU Real Red and Night of Navy
Other: SU Starburst Framelits dies, SU Scalloped Circle punches, Spellbinders classic circle die, Doodlebug blue enamel dots, SU white candy dots, the Big Shot and dimensionals

Here is the new doctor and I:

Thanks for looking in,

  1. Fun card, Colleen....I was just looking at that set in the catalog this morning, thinking what a great set it is! So glad you could play with our colors this week!

  2. What a fabulous use of the challenge colors, Colleen! Such neat paper, too. Congrats on your friend's accomplishment. Woo hoo! Thanks for playing with The Paper Players this week!
