About Me

My photo
I love crafting, especially rubber stamping. Most weekends I can be found surrounded by paper, rubber stamps and ink.

Hi again,

I did get one more card made this afternoon. This one for one of my favorite weekly challenges, The Paper Players. This week Laurie is hostess with a color challenge consisting of grays and pink. I used it to make a cute Valentine's Day card for one of my nephews. Even though he's now 20, he will like it. When he was a little guy, he'd take the cards I made him to bed, LOL. My sister would sneak in and rescue them to save.

I've used Concord and 9th stamp sets again.

I've used all SU inks in the colors in the banner. The plaid is made with Basic Gray. It looks black in the photo, probably because I did use my Misti to layer several layers. The tiny hearts in the background are made with another turnabout set.

Here is the inside.

This card is already in the mailbox.

Thanks all and have a great work week,

Stamps: all Concord & 9th, Sending Love set, Hugs & Kisses Turnabout set, Furry Friends set, Plaid Background set
Paper: SU Smokey Slate and Melon Mambo card stock, X-Press It Blending card stock
Ink: SU Basic Gray, Smokey Slate and Melon Mambo
Other: Misti, Gemini Jr, Furry Friends & Hugs and Kisses dies, dimensionals

  2. Such a sweet, little, bear, Colleen! He looks great on the Buffalo Check background. And, I like the way you completed your Valentine on the inside!
